After 10 years my 2000 Dakota needed some paint and I figured it was the perfect time to add the fender flares that I wished I had gotten back when I bought it new. I talked to my body shop and they recommended Bushwacker flares. Said they have installed them before and that they were a solid product. So I priced them around. Local shops quoted $430 or over. Found them on Amazon (same part number as on Bushwacker's website) for $289! For that amount of savings I jumped in. Since Amazon has such a good return policy I figured if something was amiss I'd just return them.

Box arrived in factory packaging in mint condition. Long story short dropped off my truck and the Bushwacker flares to my body shop and just over a week later I could not be happier! I had the flares painted to match the rest of the truck and I like them better than then factory issue flares. They fit like a glove and follow the lines of the truck. (I would highly suggest professional installatio n because the shop said they had to take some extra precautions to make sure everything came out 100%)

The truck looks awesome and the flares add some great character to it without being over-the-top.
