Really good, not perfect

Overall, I am very pleased with this product. They fit about 90% accurate and seem to be made well. My criticisms are: 1) The rubber edging that goes along the top edge was a little dry. It did not want to stick very well to the flare and made installation a little more difficult. 2) Some of the clips that they give to attach the flares are a poor design. I ended up modifying what I used for fasteners at the ends of the flares. It seems they took a very generic approach to what they supplied. Although it would work, the fasteners were very unsightly and did not seem to be a great long term solution. I did not paint them but I would also not recommend doing so. The amount of fource that needs to be applied during installation requires the flares to flex a lot. I cannot see how this would not crack the paint that was applied. My personal opinion is that all fender flares are priced at obsurdly high prices for 4 pieces of plastic but, these are about the best deal around. I like how they look on the truck and I have received many compliments on the change.
